Sustainable/Delicious Fish Cooking Class on June 23 (Holistic Health)

I encourage everyone to sign up for this class and others offered by Christina.  She is a wonderful instructor who allows you learn through all 5 of your senses, plus she always provides you with recipes, places to shop, storage techniques, and ingredients you can substitute.  She also networks with the 'green' community extensively and is a big champion of local independent businesses, including farmers' markets.

Join Christina Giallourakis, Certified Holistic Health Counselor of INSPIRE NUTRITION

Come learn why fish are beneficial to your health. Learn why omega-3s contained in fish are good for you and which fish contain the most. Learn which fish have the most mercury and what fish farming is all about. We will also discuss sustainable fish and what that means; how to shop for fish; and how much to incorporate into your food routine as well as what kinds of questions to ask when you are eating out. And of course, we will show you how to cook healthy, delicious fish which can seem so intimidating. Please join us! This class will sell out. Go to www.inspirenutrition.com to make a reservation.
