The Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), a body which annually distributes over £7 billion of public funds to the UK's colleges and universities, has today released a draft consultation updating thier strategy and action plan on sustaianble development in the higher ed sector.  Public responses are being accepted until Friday 5 September 2008.
