New inspirations for dairy-free products
similar to the mentioned vegetarian meat, some of the most remarkable existing global brands of non-dairy milk-drinks, yoghurt or cheese are listed at http://www.futurefood.org/soymilk/index_en.php , which also need optimised price and marketing.
Does anybody know of any activities of global players in the food-industry working on such products? Any contacts for us at Nestle, Unilever, Mars/Masterfoods, Kraft, … ? Which strategy do you suggest to get the ideas and information through to the decision-makers?
